Eliana Ritsoni

Eliana has been a Consultant to NR & Cie for over 15 years, supporting the firm in investment analysis and portfolio management. Her experience includes fundamental analysis and valuation of technology companies, financial modelling and five-year financial projections, as well as DCF-based equity valuations to support long-term investment decisions. She has also applied MATLAB and quantitative methods to portfolio optimisation, including Fama-French factor modelling, efficient frontier analysis and optimal capital allocation based on investors’ risk profiles. Eliana holds a BSc International Economics from Athens University of Economics and Business, a MS in Quantitative Finance and M.B.A. from George Washington University.

Digital marketing and strategy entrepreneur with extensive experience in web development & e-commerce. She is the founder of iQurious Digital specializing in website design & development and online marketing services. She is responsible for Marketing Operations at NR & Cie, supporting the firm’s digital presence, communications, and marketing initiatives. She holds a BSc Economics from University of Southampton and an MS in Digital Marketing from New York University.

Konstantinos Boukas has over twenty-five years of experience in asset management, management consulting and Banking-Treasury. He is currently offer services to the N&R CIE SA company supporting asset management team in portfolio structuring, fixed income, equity and derivative instruments. He was Director of Asset Management in BETA SECURITIES SA a regulated investment firm based in Greece catered to private clients via both discretionary and advisory mandates. In his management consultancy career, he offered his services at one of the multinational advisory firms in Athens as corporate valuation specialist, and at Greek Bank as senior management advisor, responsible for the management of the Capital Markets and Treasury departments, as well as the establishment of the Risk Management and Private Banking divisions. Previously, he was Head of Treasury and Asset Management Executive in Greek and foreign Banks. He was also a Board Director and Investment Committee member of Greek fund management and Securities companies, in which capacity he headed successively the Foreign Exchange, Money Market and Bond Interbank Desks, and liaised daily with local & foreign Group Treasurers in respect of the overall positions and risk-limit usages. He is professionally accredited as Investment Advisor, Portfolio Manager and Market Analyst and holds a BA and a MA in Economics from the Athens School of Economics and Business.

Ilias Fafalios holds an M.S. in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics from Johns Hopkins University, with a focus on the study of volatility and Bayesian applications, and a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the University of Miami. He is an early-career buy-side analyst focused on portfolio analytics, quantitative risk, and machine learning. He spent two years at Beta Securities SA in Athens, moving from intern to Asset Management Specialist across the firm’s asset management, trading desk, and client-facing teams. He also completed a short stint in Portfolio Management at Insigneo Wealth in Miami, building machine learning tools to measure and optimize the risk of the firm’s model portfolios. Outside finance, he is a former member of the Greek National Sailing Team.

He also completed a High Yield Analyst internship at Brookfield Asset Management in Chicago, covering U.S. and European Telecom companies and building financial models, credit analyses, and investment recommendations. His background combines institutional investing experience with rigorous quantitative training and a competitive athletics career: he was an NCAA Division I cross-country co-captain and school-record holder at Vanderbilt and a member of the Greek National Track & Field Team, winning four national championships and two Balkan Championship gold medals.
